CONSENT AND BASIC INFORMATION ON DATA PROTECTION - In compliance with current data protection regulations (European Regulation 2016/679 and Organic Law 3/2018), by completing and sending this form, you EXPRESSLY CONSENT to the processing of your personal or other data referred to in the Eurocast2026 congress, informing you that your personal data will be incorporated into our data processing system.

PURPOSE: Management, control, execution, development, fulfillment and maintenance of the event and the legal relationship between both.
PERIOD OF DATA CONSERVATION: The data will be kept at least 3 years after the end of the event and the necessary for the fulfillment of legal obligations.
LEGITIMACY: The legal basis for the processing is the consent of the person concerned when completing the registration form. Only the data necessary to comply with the obligations and circumstances arising from its relationship with the data controller are requested, so your refusal to provide them may result in not being able to attend the event.
COMMUNICATION OF DATA: The registration implies, according to the contest rules, the possibility of publishing photographs of the event in different media (Social Networks, Website, Publications, Etc.) So images or data of the participants may be communicated to third entities even located in third countries (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Etc.) Likewise, the data may be communicated to third parties in compliance with a legal obligation by the responsible or as necessary to properly execute the registration or execution of the event.
RIGHTS: You are informed of the possibility of revoking your consent at any time. You may also exercise your RIGHTS to request the data controller to access your personal data, rectify it, cancel it, oppose its processing, limit it or request its portability in the terms and with the limitations of the current data protection regulations. You may request additional information about the data protection policy from the data controller. Finally, you are informed that in case you consider that your data protection rights have not been adequately addressed, you can complain to a supervisory authority (in Spain www.aepd.es).
